Refined Architecture & Design

Refined Architecture & Design

Designed to draw from the rich history of Toowong and its character housing, the project integrates the surrounding environment and architectural character to blend seamlessly into the community.

Architecture carefully incorporates design elements found in traditional Queenslander homes such as wrap-around balconies, lattice screening, and textural highlights through the use of VJ panelling and stucco.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement

It is Mosaic’s belief that we have a social responsibility to ensure our neighbours are aware of what’s happening in their neighbourhood regardless if we are legislatively required to inform the public or not.

We understand the impacts property development can have on those who live nearby, which is why we invest heavily into finding a middle ground between our neighbours, our homeowners and Mosaic.

We have proactively engaged with local councillors to understand community concerns and gather feedback. Through these meetings, our design became focused on an environmentally conscious building, increasing active amenities in and outside of our project, increasing greenery and more.

Designed For Life

Designed For Life

We pay specific consideration to the local urban landscape, the communities in which we develop, and ultimately, our purchasers.

Mosaic designs with the owner-occupier in mind with bigger, functionally designed apartments, ample storage, and with high quality fixtures and fittings that people want to live in.

It is important to us that we deliver legacy developments that stand the test of time, with strong appeal to the local market.

As one of Queensland’s most awarded private property developers, we never compromise on quality,
as our track record demonstrates.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a 'code assessable' application?

We believe it’s important to ensure residents are informed of what’s occurring in their neighbourhood and have access to information explaining what is proposed.

How will Mosaic aim to reduce impacts during the construction phase?

As the winner of the UDIA Qld Awards for Excellence for Community Engagement in 2019, we commit to keeping neighbouring properties, the wider community, and those who are interested in our project informed of what’s happening during the entire process. From the Development Approval phase to project completion, Mosaic provides regular updates and an avenue for people to ask us questions whenever they need.

Mosaic also implements construction methods which aim to reduce general construction impacts as much as possible, such as dust suppression, delayed start times and more. More information will be provided following the development application process.
