The building is designed to combine Environmental ‘A’ Grade benchmarks, Greenstar and NABERS environmentally sustainable design initiatives – underpinned with quality commercial features.

The design focuses on naturally lit spaces with the introduction of many green touches such as vertical gardens and a large rooftop garden space for occupants to use.

The project is designed to focus on a holistic approach to business and maximise work-life balance for occupants.

The design provides a seamless building entry connecting with the public realm, open to a high-quality café/restaurant operator to cater to occupants for coffee, breakfast and lunch or meetings.

Reducing Impacts

We invest significant time in recognising the needs and concerns of the local community to ensure we conduct a considerate construction period. Pellegrino Group, Mosaic and McNab will be implementing the following processes to reduce the impacts wherever possible:

  • Implement dust suppression techniques during earthworks and excavation such as water suppression and truck covers.
  • Invest significant time into planning how our site will interact with the main road and footpath to ensure optimal safety of pedestrians and other vehicles.
  • Committed to keeping the community fully updated and informed with enough time to prepare for specific construction works.

The community will have full access to frequent site updates and have a dedicated site and community engagement team to contact during the process.
