What will the project offer?

The current development proposal contains a total of 85 superbly appointed 2- and 3-bedroom residences and sub-penthouses. Designed with the owner-occupier in mind, it is ideal for downsizers, empty nesters, and aspirational young professionals looking for an elevated lifestyle in one of Australia's most prestigious coastal locations.

Like its spectacular sister development and near neighbour Bela by Mosaic, it is being designed to outclass the competition, emphasising exemplar architecture and finish. Building form will respect, and seamlessly integrate with, the surrounding urban and natural landscape, while extensive landscaping and deep planting will further enhance a sense of harmony and place.

Residents will enjoy high-end, community amenities, while masterfully crafted, generously sized residences will showcase designer appliances and opulent finishes.

Mosaic’s establishment of a permanent office in Broadbeach is a testament to our long-term commitment to the Gold Coast. We take great pride in our contribution to the local community through employing local trades, contractors and consultants.

Refined Architecture & Design

Refined Architecture & Design

A refined and elegant design has been reimagined, built upon the local legacy architecture of Mermaid Beach.

The total number of apartments have been reduced by almost 10%, from 94 to 85. Setbacks have also been notably improved from the original developer’s approved DA, as well as an increase in communal open space.

Taking advantage of the coastal views, spaces blend seamlessly with the local elements and are created with timeless materials that will suit generations to come.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement

It is Mosaic’s belief that we have a social responsibility to ensure our neighbours are aware of what’s happening in their neighbourhood regardless if we are legislatively required to inform the public or not.

We understand the impacts property development can have on those who live nearby, which is why we invest heavily into finding a middle ground between our neighbours, our homeowners and Mosaic.

We have proactively engaged with local councillors to understand community concerns and gather feedback. Through these meetings, our design became focused on an environmentally conscious building, increasing active amenities in and outside of our project, increasing greenery and more.

Designed For Life

Designed For Life

We’ve improved the existing design in many ways, paying specific consideration to the local urban landscape and owner-occupiers. Layouts are spacious and well-considered, optimising access to natural light and open planning for maximum functionality. Amenity and communal areas also promote a sense of well-being, with extensive deep planting adding to a harmonious sense of place.

It is important to us that we deliver legacy developments that stand the test of time, with strong appeal to the local market.

What is a 'minor change' application?

A minor change application is a change to the originally approved development application. For a change application to be considered a ‘minor change’, the change to the development approval must not result in a ‘substantially different development’.

How will Mosaic aim to reduce impacts during the construction phase?

Winner of the UDIA Qld Awards for Excellence for Community Engagement in 2019.

We commit to keeping those who are interested in our project informed of what’s happening during the entire process from DA phase to project completion and provide an avenue for people to ask us questions whenever they need.

Mosaic also implements construction methods which aim to reduce general construction impacts as much as possible such as dust suppression, delayed start times and more. More information will be provided following the development application process.
