Flexible designs allowed buyers a choice of four bedrooms or three bedrooms plus a multi-purpose room. The development was merged into the existing streetscape by placing two buildings at the front of the site, with the rest of the project sitting behind this façade, delivering a sympathetic and contextual streetscape response. A major feature is a protected waterway at the rear of the site, which required sensitive handling of both the area and the local community.

Significant community engagement was used to overcome local objections and our active communication with local residents turned the project into a positive addition to the local landscape. Even the Greenhills colour scheme was selected to be sympathetic to the existing form and scale of the surrounding built environment.
