Quarterly research on the hottest suburbs in Brisbane has been recently released and Holland Park is once again top of the list.

At Mosaic, we have stringent criteria that must be met before choosing the location of our projects, so it is always fantastic news to see our due diligence confirmed from some of the biggest research and marketing companies in Australia.

Below is the top 10, and it is important to note that Mosaic currently has projects in 4 of these areas (including multiple boutique projects in several of these suburbs), in addition to more projects in immediate surrounding suburbs. Two of our upcoming projects, Element and Eco on Latimer Street, are in the best area of Holland Park. We also have another release shortly, Habitat on Ashgrove Ave, located in Ashgrove.

All three of these projects are expected to sell out very quickly.

Be sure to keep an eye on our website for release of these exciting new developments or register your interest early to become a Priority Client and consequently, ensure you don’t miss out.

Queensland’s top selling suburbs are:

  1. Holland Park
  2. Newmarket
  3. Wilston
  4. Camp Hill
  5. Stafford Heights
  6. Grange
  7. Spring Hill
