2019 Awards & Recognition Round-Up

Mosaic Property
05/11/19

The awards season has wrapped-up for 2019. Mosaic Property Group is proud to continue to be recognised as an industry leader in residential design and development across South East Queensland. Our team work tirelessly in their pursuit of quality and excellence, ensuring we deliver enduring value to our customers.

We are pleased to share the recognition they have achieved this year across multiple industry bodies and associations.

UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence

Winner:

Community Engagement Excellence Award, Drift by Mosaic. Winning this award is a significant milestone for Mosaic, as we are the first private developer recipients. Mosaic embarked on implementing a benchmark strategy that actively worked to engage and understand the local market, overcoming objections and resulting in both the development, and Mosaic, being welcomed by the community.

Finalist:

Marketing Excellence, Azure at Avalon by Mosaic. The rare, historically significant site with private pontoon access, coupled with a level of design and amenity beyond anything available in the region, created a compelling ‘never to be repeated’ opportunity that formed the foundation of a marketing strategy that was so successful, 85% of product sold within seven weeks and prior to public release.

Affordable Small Scale Development, Greenhills by Mosaic. Internal planning emphasised space, finish and functionality. The combination of modern, clean architecture set within a natural enclave in a tightly held suburb presented a compelling offer to the market, resulting in Greenhills selling out within four months.

Master Builders Housing and Construction Awards

Winner, Sunshine Coast / Finalist, Queensland:

Best Residential Building up to $20m, Cyan by Mosaic. Cleverly designed to maximise privacy and space, each of Cyan’s 31 apartments were skilfully positioned to take advantage of sea breezes and stunning views. Mosaic’s first development on the Sunshine Coast, Cyan proved an immediate success, selling out within three months.

Best Residential Building over $20m, Solis by Mosaic. Situated atop a high-value ridgeline on Maltman Street, Caloundra, Solis captures breathtaking views of the coastline, Pumicestone Passage and the Glass House Mountains. Comprising a total of 33 apartments, the north-east facing boutique development proved an instant hit, selling 95% of total stock within three months.

HIA Recognition of Women In Building & Construction Awards

Winner:

Exceptional Young Woman in Construction, Jess Dippel, Mosaic Construction. As Operations Manager for Mosaic Construction and Executive Assistant to division Director, Jess manages the day to day running of the entire construction arm of Mosaic.  An extremely diverse role, Jess’s core responsibilities include the management and coordination of 30 team members across 8 – 10 building sites and three geographical locations.
