Sunshine Coast Daily - Boutique residential developer Mosaic Property Group has struck a chord with the local market on the Sunshine Coast and next month it plans to reveal some of the secrets to its success.

BOUTIQUE residential developer Mosaic Property Group has struck a chord with the local market on the Sunshine Coast and next month it plans to reveal some of the secrets to its success.

The Brisbane-based group, which is currently working on its fourth project for the coastal region including its most exclusive and luxurious yet at Maroochydore, is opening the doors to the public on July 7 for a close-up look at Cyan at Kings Beach.

Cyan, Mosaic’s debut development on the Sunshine Coast, was launched in January 2017 and firmly set the tone for the group’s stellar run along the coast by selling out within months of release.

The $20 million development, located at 21 Canberra Terrace just metres from Kings Beach and Caloundra’s thriving CBD, comprises 31 apartments.

They all were snapped up by local and interstate owner-occupiers and investors keen to lock in a quality residence close to the best that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Mosaic managing director Brook Monahan said the success of Cyan has continued with the groups’ subsequent releases, namely Solis at King’s Beach and Drift at Coolum.

“The scale of growth we’ve experienced on the Sunshine Coast speaks volumes about the connection we’ve made with the local market and the quality of our projects, so we are really happy to invite the people of the Sunshine Coast into Cyan to have a look at what we have delivered,” said Mr Monahan.

“The completion of Cyan is a major milestone for the company and we’ve been very pleased with the market response to the other developments we have released since then.

“We have many more in the pipeline for the Sunshine Coast, including our most exclusive and largest project yet, the prestigious waterfront apartments, Avalon at Maroochydore.

“We’re very proud of the work we do and the quality of our projects, so we felt it was a good time to give potential Sunshine Coast buyers an inside view of the Mosaic difference.”

Mr Monahan said the Sunshine Coast’s future is looking very bright.

“The Sunshine Coast’s long-term vision and focus on innovation coupled with the economic diversity, infrastructure and overall growth trajectory is making the region one of the most exciting and potentially rewarding destinations in Australia,” he said.

“Mosaic looks forward to developing high-quality boutique residential buildings to meet the escalating demand in this ever-expanding location.”

Cyan’s premium apartments are crowned by two luxurious penthouses, each with its own mezzanine level, private roof terrace and plunge pools.

The two and three-bedroom apartments, which feature large, private balconies, were designed to take advantage of the stunning views offered by the beachside location.

Each apartment features high ceilings, flexible open-plan living spaces and gourmet kitchens with premium fixtures and fittings, including island benches, stone bench tops and air-conditioning in every room.

Mr Monahan said Mosaic works very closely on each project with buyers to ensure they get everything they want in a quality residence.

At Cyan, Mosaic re-engineered the design for its penthouses by installing plunge pools upon the buyer’s request.

“This is one way we work alongside our buyers to create the living spaces they desire and that’s been pivotal to the success of the group across our entire portfolio,” Mr Monahan said.

“We’re always willing to respond to our buyers’ needs and if we can make it happen we certainly will.”

The Cyan Open Day is being held at 21 Canberra Terrace, Kings Beach, on July 7 from 10am to 12pm. Deputy Mayor Cr Tim Dwyer will be officially opening the event at 10.30am. Free coffee will also be available.
