Your dedicated Property Manager will oversee a quality assured process, from property inspection to lease preparation (once a tenant has been approved), bond payments/returns, rental collection, detailed entry and exit condition reports, routine inspections and lease renewals or replacements if there is a notice to vacate. A team member will also always be available at short notice for inspection six days a week.

Our property to staff ratio is also one of the lowest in the industry so you can relax knowing your asset is receiving the attention it needs and deserves.
